The Inspection

1.		First of all, we pre-inspect your area rug(s) to find out the type of material, material condition, stains, dye stability, pet stains, and overall soiling to determine the appropriate cleaning agent to use to achieve the best results.
2.		Area rugs can be cleaned in-house or brought back to our facility. If it’s been long since you last cleaned your area rug or the area rug has any pet stains on it, we recommend bringing it back to our facility so we can treat it right.
		* We use a dry cleaning process on dry-clean-only.
